Template:Nature-Tree Paan is a type of evergreen tree found on numerous temperate worlds around the Hapes Cluster. Originally native to Hapes Prime, it has been taken to sever other worlds for landscape decoration. As they bushes grow to be up to two meters high and incredibly dense, they can also used as a natural barrier protecting private gardens and estates.
Dense amounts of paan is found in Chume'Dan surrounding the estate of the Royal Hapan Palace and also on the Arxica island.
The average paan bush lives anywhere from 10 to 20 years.
